Company details / Legal notice

Data we collect

Through the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you choose to provide. You may optionally state the name, type and size of your organisation, your business role and area of interest so that we can better understand the context of your enquiry. In normal business communication, we may also process other information you voluntarily provide when it is needed to answer your enquiry or prepare a potential engagement.

Purpose and basis of processing

We use the data to answer your enquiry, take steps before a potential contractual relationship, maintain business communication, comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. We do not sell personal data or use it to build advertising profiles.

Contact form delivery

The contact form sends data directly to the DILIGENCE Cloudflare Worker for validation, abuse prevention and delivery to our email address. The Worker does not store form content in a database. Cloudflare acts as the infrastructure provider and processor for this operation.

The delivered message is then stored in the Google email service we use for business communication. Do not submit passwords, financial information, sensitive personal data or confidential business documents through the form.

Hosting, security and visit measurement

The website uses Cloudflare for content delivery, security and technical protection. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits and performance without cookies, advertising profiles or tracking visitors across different websites. Technical data may include an IP address, device and browser information, request time and the page visited, to the extent needed for security, measurement and service operation.

Data retention

We retain data only for as long as needed to respond, maintain business communication, manage a potential contractual relationship and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or restrict its processing unless retention is required by law or for the protection of legal claims.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability or withdraw consent. Contact us by email to exercise these rights. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
